About Eating presents a health family biking.

About Eating is a tested, web-based nutrition education program for low-income adults interested in healthy eating behaviors. Six online modules focus on physical activity, body image, and core constructs of the Satter Eating Competence model – eating attitudes, food acceptance, regulation of food intake, and contextual skills such as meal planning and shopping on a budget. Validated online surveys delivered to participants before the first lesson and after the 6th lesson enable outcomes assessment. In addition, About Eating has been adapted to a touch pad framework.
